WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role at Kellogg’s, you will be part of our success by:

• Leading Corporate Security across LA: From strategy, processes, programs, teams, KPI´s. Assuring best in class execution, driving alignment and setting the appropriate environment to generate and enhance security culture at Kellogg Latin America.
• Designing, managing and implementing a corporate security strategy. Providing direction to top management and staff to deliver business security program. Leveraging and executing global security programs.
• Driving & developing business continuity programs execution, recovering plans and crisis management, processes, leading practices & KPI’s.
• Managing, assuring quality and strengthening action plans to improve compliance of food defense, CTPAT, BASC requirements across the region. Deploying and maintaining security culture & risk reduction.
• Designing and implementing strategies and programs that will prevent loss of Kellogg assets.
• Providing effective security guidance to local business units and leadership teams through risk assessment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following competencies:

• Making strategic decisions by analyzing information, considering costs, benefits and risks associated with decision alternatives, and selecting the most promising.
• Communicating steps necessary to translate strategy into action and fosters beliefs in the future direction of the organization.
• Anticipating potential problems, determining root cause of problems, and finding solution to eliminate them.
• Developing short-term plans based on long strategies and evaluating plans for viability and sustainability.

Preferred:
• Previous experience in the food industry, manufacturing a plus.
• Previous experience and background in OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration).
• CPP Certification

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
All applicants for this position must be able to travel at least 40% of time.
