Job Introduction:
As an employee of G4S Cash Solutions, each role will have specific responsibilities for the identification, management and control of risk in order to safeguard the business, staff, customers, assets and reputation. To assist in managing day to day running of the branch, making sure that it is cost effective and efficient while meeting all customer needs and obligations. To continually contribute to the improvement of branch security and profitability.

Role Responsibility:
Customer Focus
To maintain the security and integrity of the branch in accordance with procedures. Making sure all security is compliant.

Expertise
Maintains all aspects of administration to a high standard. Ensures People soft. Viper and Ace are up date and checked as and when required.
Make sure records are maintained for audit purposes.

Performance
Commercial - Contributes to the completion of Branch budget and targeted KPI’s. Monitors expenditure against budget. Recommends improvement.
To oversee the day to day running of the branch operations. Making sure rosters are adaptable for the departments at all times controlling holidays and sickness.

Collaboration & Teamwork
Personnel - Authorises staff hours worked inside the secure area. Conducts sickness and absence interviews. Carries out welfare visits as instructed. Ensures safe working practices, deals with T.U. Representative on a day to day basis. Deals with disciplinary matters up to and including first written warning letters Carries out regular training development reviews.

Integrity
Ensure that relevant legislation and Company procedures and standards (health & safety, security iso 9001:2000, Finance, Personel, Uniform and Transport) are adhered to. Is aware of and works within authority limits. Where necessary make regular checks on Branch Vehicles to maintain standards. Initiates corrective action where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:
Detailed knowledge of cash related services.
Well developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skill.
Some working knowledge of budgetary controls.
Detailed knowledge of ATM & CIT processes.
