Egis Airport Operation, Airports operating subsidiary of the Egis Group, continues its expansion and gain a foothold in Brazil. Following the tender issued by the Brazilian government to privatize three airports, the consortium Egis Airport Operation, and its two Brazilian partners TPI and UTC, won the Airport Viracopos - Campinas, 100 kms from Sao Paulo.
In order to provide daily support to the “Equipe de Gestão de Transição ”, we are looking for a Safety & Security Manager in charge of:
- Supervision that all commitments regarding safety and security stipulated in the Operational Transfer Plan will be implemented
- Due diligence and compliance with regulation on:
1- Security:
• Passengers and hand luggage screening
• Cargo
• Hold Luggage screening
• Access control
2- Safety (SGS):
• Airside activities
• Works on airside
• Firefighting
• Wildlife Management – Risk assessment
- To organize and/or improve Safety and Security Management Systems
- To organize this Management Systems in an Integrated Management System
- To review or draft procedures, key performance indicators, …
- Supervision of the improvements approved by Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos SA,
- Supporting a smooth implementation of changes,
- Bringing an overview in Safety / Security to the VCP Team in charge of this matters,
- Contact Egis in-house specialists when necessary to give support to Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos SA
Professional experience: minimum 2 years in Safety and Security Management
Knowledge in Integrated Management System
Full command of written and spoken English, portuguese will be a plus
Duration: 6 months, renewable 6 months
Mobilization date: as soon as possible
