Must be an expatriate fluent in written and spoken English. Minimum of 2 years in the military in the US, Australia, UK, Canada, South Africa or New Zealand with the minimum rank of Warrant Officer or Captain. Must have previous experience in program management in the private security sector in Iraq or Afghanistan for a period not less than one year. Must be able to implement and control orders, standard operating procedures and compound defense plans. Must record daily reports and attendance sheets for invoicing purposes. Plan and control leave and rotation of personnel in accordance with the overall manning tables. Plan and control operational logistics including maintenance on projects with emphasis on host Government as well as company-owned property. Be of assistance to the program manager.
Plan, control and monitor daily movements of Personal Detail Security (PSD) teams. Oversee all guard positions and the discipline of the guards.
