Description:
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has an opportunity for a Maritime Training Supervisor to provide international consulting services for planning, managing and implementing a major Systems Integration and Engineering Program Management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join and work with a world class team of interdisciplinary professionals. The work will be performed in the Persian/Arabian Gulf Region.

SAIC will be implementing an overseas Program Management Office (PMO) project providing oversight for a major Middle Eastern homeland security project. The PMO will span a wide variety of work areas including (not limited to) C4I, training, project control, systems integration and civil works.

The Maritime training supervisor reports to the Training Functional Manager and is responsible for implementing strategies for development and management of the Border Guard Maritime Training. This position directs and supervises Training Analysts within the Training Domain (e.g., TNA & Courseware Development Analyst and Evaluation/Assessment Analyst). Additional responsibilities will include providing direction, supervision, and tracking of Maritime Training Program responsibilities and requirements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience as described above, particularly in Border Guard Military Training and Development.
- Proven expertise or knowledge of Military Management and Administration particularly in Maritime
Training. Knowledgeable in course/curriculum design and delivery, establishing and documenting job
related core competencies/skills, record keeping, administrative support for training courses and
reporting of training process metrics.
- Ability to effectively implement maritime training and development strategies.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; analytical and creative problem solving skills. English/Arabic fluency in all levels of communication
- Driven and motivated to achieve results and customer satisfaction
- Education: Military Education preferred or a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Human Resources,

Organizational Development, Education, Business, Management, or related area is strongly desired.
- Able to work in the region for two to four years
- Able to obtain a driver’s license in the designated area
- Able to work a Saturday through Wednesday work week.
