Essential Functions:The K9 Handler will perform searches on vehicles, buildings, and roadways as required to ensure any explosive/narcotic materials are discovered and properly disposed of as prescribed in company SOP’s
Write reports on canine response to odor
Maintain a weekly training log
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years as a military or police K9 handler
Must be able to provide basic emergency medical treatment and train to ensure odor proficiency
Clearance/Citizenship:
An active current TS/SCI clearance required
Job Status:
Position will be a full-time role
Job Location/Travel:
The majority of available positions will be OCONUS (outside of the continental US) requiring overseas travel and potential relocation
Candidates must have immediate availability after contract award (award date currently unknown)
Start Date:
Potential start date will be established after contract details are solidified
