DESCRIPTION:


A-T Solutions, Inc. is currently accepting resumes from experienced and qualified instructors with significant field experience in military or civilian Counter-IED and Tactical Site Exploitation operations to fill a challenging and rewarding position. This role instructs Host Nation personnel in operational level instruction on IED Awareness and tactical search techniques.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities


Provide Host Nation security forces instruction on current domestic and international terrorist threats and TTP’s to include; IED threats (e.g. remote controlled, command detonated, etc.); explosive hazards, homemade explosive hazards and the planning process to respond to an IED scene or incident.
Provide instruction on occupied building/vehicle/person search techniques.
Perform and set up practical IED problems for students incorporating command and control scenarios; IED training device set up, and drill scenarios during the Situational Training Exercise lane development and execution portion of Train the Trainer (T3) training.
Assist the team lead in conducting extensive real time research based on current intelligence threats and incorporates into scenarios as requested by the customer.
Conduct IED research using tools such as SIPR, periodicals, journals, open source internet, etc., to identify and interpret evolving threats and innovations in techniques, tactics, and procedures within the C-IED and Counter Terrorism communities.
Provide instruction on current search tools and tactics techniques and procedures (TTP).
Formulate and prepare draft and final versions of scenarios, incident descriptions, exercise plans player/controller handbooks and After Action Reports (AAR) for review and approval, while coordinating exercise requirements with unit commanders and other senior program management personnel in the absence of your assigned team leader.
Develop curriculum and continuously assess course materials and training aids for necessary improvements via research, Intel gathering and content revision.
Design, modeling and fabrication of student and customer training aids, IED components, construction and functionality, and IED recognition and reaction experience
Enemy IED attack tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP)
Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver complicated curriculum to a wide variety of audiences, to include foreign security forces.
Provide familiarization training on ANSF approved CREW systems.
Must commit to (minimum) 6 month deployment to Afghanistan.


Education and Experience
Significant field experience in military or civilian C-IED/EOD/Tactical Search Operations
Extensive man-hours in IED Components, IED Systems, and/or EOD instructions
Previous work/partnering/training w/ Host Nation security forces or foreign military preferred.
C-IED/EOD/Tactical Search Instructor experience preferred.
Experience training/supporting/partnering w/ foreign military or security forces preferred.
