Job Description
XPG Mobile Security (CAPO)
XPG is recruiting highly qualified and highly skilled personnel for assignments in some of the world’s most challenging locations. We look for people of the utmost caliber with extensive military experience and unquestionable accountability, integrity and respectability.

All candidates must be willing to serve as Protective Personnel during High Threat Operations that may be conducted in Austere Environments.

Security Clearance Required: Secret

Candidate Requirements:
Six years of verifiable experience in Mobile Personal Protection and/or Active Duty US Military SOF with one of the following:
Army Special Forces
Army Rangers
SEAL Teams
USMC Recon/ MARSOC

USAF Para Rescue
Must have verifiable hostile environment/combat theatre experience
US Citizen
US Tourist Passport
Valid Driver’s License
High school Diploma or GED
Honorable Discharge from the Military
DD-214 (if applicable)
Resume
No Felony or Domestic Violence convictions
Able to obtain Secret Clearance
Candidates must be in good physical shape, with the ability to pass a physical fitness test.
Candidates must also possess developed shooting skills and the ability to pass advanced marksmanship evaluations with an array of weapons systems to include the Glock 17 pistol and the M-4 Carbine.

Candidate Responsibilities:
Provide Mobile Protection during USG High Threat Operations
Maintain and Proficiency with all Tactics, Techniques and Procedures associated with the Position
Maintain Professional, Demeanor, Appearance and Attitude while Conducting Daily Activities
Assist in the Planning and Execution of Position Responsibilities

Physical Demands:
Work in Austere Environments
Willing to Work Seven Days a Week
Possible Twelve Hour Days
Pass Physical Readiness Test

Pay, Vetting, and Leave:
The pay for this position is competitive and includes pay increases based on longevity. Incentives are also available for voluntary extensions and supervisory positions. During training and while deployed, workman’s compensation is provided per the Defense Base Act. Deployment rotations are flexible and are typically 60-90 days in length. The training and vetting course is approximately 3 weeks long and consists of the Physical Fitness test, a battery of aptitude tests, Weapons Qualifications, Defensive Tactics training, and CPR/ Medical training.
