Job Description
Position Description Manages financial budgets by monitoring and tracking expenses; monitoring asset utilization; and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business and payroll reports. Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to promote a safe working environment by leading tactical emergency responses during life safety incidents (for example, fire, bomb threats, active shooter situations); ensuring customer service with internal (for example, Alarm Technicians, Asset Protection, Facility Management) and external (for example, law enforcement, regulatory agencies) groups; and soliciting feedback from customers to ensure security solutions are provided. Manages guard service, patrol, and dispatch operations by assigning associates to meet security strategy and company needs; supervising tactical security responses during life safety events and incidents; overseeing and assigning investigative requests into allegations of ethics and policy violations, criminal activity, security breaches, and supplier complaints; overseeing responses to senior executive open door requests; overseeing the transportation of critical and valued information and merchandise (for example, legal files and documents, diamonds, mergers and acquisition documents); and ensuring adequate security measures are in place for special events (for example, Saturday morning, Banker and Analyst, Logistics and Information Systems Department (ISD)’s Year Beginning and Shareholder’s meetings, replenishment events). Manages safety and security protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training, and security programs by collaborating with business partners and regulatory officials to implement safety and security initiatives; making recommendations regarding security, safety, and compliance improvement opportunities; ensuring associates are trained on new and existing protocols; and ensuring SOPs and corporate security programs are implemented. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Emergency Management, or related field OR 3 years experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or related field.
Additional Preferred Quailification 2 years of supervisory experience.
