Position Title: Antiterrorism Specialist
Salary Range:
Description: The purpose of this position is to support a Security and Installations Operations Directorate (SI) project based in Washington, DC and St. Louis, MO. Desired experience and qualifications are listed below. The intent is that candidates selected for the proposal will have first consideration pending a contract award.
Position Summary:
Completion and currency of DoD or civilian equivalent AT Level II Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) certification.
Completion and currency of a DoD Security Engineeering course (to be identified and provided by the government through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, as billets become available).
Completion and currency of a DoD Vulnerability Assessment course (to be identified and provided by the government through the Defense Treat Reduction Agency (DTRA), as billets become available).
5 or more years of progressive responsibility in working in or managing an AT program at a DoD installation, headquarters or a civilian equivalent (e.g., state, regional or multiple jurisdictions).
Required Qualifications:
The contractor shall provide subject matter expertise within the identified labor categories with the approximate mix of professional education, skills, experience and other qualifications required.
It is desirable that all contractor personnel have a working knowledge and understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and NGA.
All contractor personnel assigned to support SI under this SOW shall-
Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills (including but not limited to: correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, etc.)
Maintain strict confidentiality, as appropriate.
Be able to execute work independently and as a team member.
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills – using tact, patience and courtesy.
Be skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite(e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
All Contractor personnel shall possess an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to TS/SCI.
