General:
Provide intelligence support for critical operations using counter-narco-terrorism technology (CNT) networks, infrastructure, and capabilities that are focused on the detection identification, and disruption of narco-terrorist activities and organizations. This effort will support the War Fighter in the combating of narco-terrorism worldwide.
Task description :
-Compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate intelligence and provide subject matter
expertise in direct support of U.S. Central Command requirements supporting a variety of
tasks and disciplines
-Write and produce counter narcotics intelligence summaries, estimates, targeting packets,
and visual graphic presentations to convey the current counter narcotics common operating
picture derived from multi-discipline intelligence sources
-Write and produce counter corruption intelligence summaries, estimates and visual graphic
presentations (i.e. malign influencer mapping) to convey the counter-corruption current
situation from fused multi-discipline intelligence sources
-Analysts will work directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze,
fuse, and interpret intelligence from multiple sources to provide current and finished
intelligence for intelligence products
-Prepares and presents intelligence assessments and briefings to customers
-Advises key leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate
Qualifications:
-Minimum five (5) years; experience with law enforcement functions and illicit activities
(counter-narcotics, corruption, and links to the insurgency.)
-Analysts must have working knowledge and recent (in the last 5 years) demonstrated
experience in a variety of intelligence analysis issues and have the ability to work
independently and function effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, wartime joint
environment.
-Have geo-political knowledge of Southwest Asia to include cultural and historical knowledge
with an emphasis on Afghanistan and Pakistan.
-Must have a working knowledge of intelligence analysis applications, tools, and systems to
include Pathfinder, AMHS/M3, Analyst's Notebook, MS Office (to include Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.)
