 PSS Firearms Instructor(OCONUS)

Duties
This position is staffed in accordance with the requirements described below.
The primary function of the PSS/FI is to provide protective security operations. The secondary function of the PSS/FI is to supervise weapons re-qualification training in overseas locations.
The PSS/FI is designated as support (S).
The PSS/FI is required to attend the Basic PSS level III training course and the Basic Field Firearms Officers Course (BFFOC), as outlined in this contract.
The PSS/FI personnel are also authorized to permanently fill the Labor Category of the PSS.
The PSS/FI shall maintain weapons qualifications as outlined in this contract, for the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203, as issued and familiarization fire for the AK47.
Plan and coordinate weapons re-qualification training. Requirements
U.S. Citizen/TCN/LN, as specified in the Task Order.
Level 3 English proficiency.
Completed or served at least three (3) years experience in military, law enforcement or executive commercial protection.
One (1) year experience in personal protection security assignments with demonstrated skills.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Firearms Instructor.
Provide verifiable evidence of successful training and work experience.
Evidence of formal certification as an instructor in necessary areas, such as firearms, EOD, etc.Worked on other U.S., federal, state, or local government training assignments.
Experience can be gained in the employ of any national, State/Provincial, Local or commercial entities providing high threat protective services that require skills.
