Location: Equatorial Guinea

Requirements
MPRI is seeking a former US Military Lieutenant Colonel or above who can speak and write fluently in Spanish. Candidates must have strong communications skills and experience delivering written and oral presentations to senior government officials, Senior Military Staff officers and junior / senior military personnel in course presentations. Experience in two or more of the following areas are desired: Civil- Military Affairs, Strategic & Operational Planning, Force Development, Doctrine Development, and experience planning and supervising tactical operations at Company level and higher. The ability to develop and interpret documents from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English is required. Candidates must have graduated from a U.S. Military Command and General Staff College or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel are required. Experience with Microsoft Project is desired.Clearance

Position Description
Works with senior leaders of the Equatorial Guinean Ministry of Defense. Assist the Government of Equatorial Guinea (EG) in enhancing national security and stability by implementing the Action Plan approved by the President of Equatorial Guinea. The focus of the position is to assist senior leaders in the MOD in reviewing and drafting EG Military Laws and Regulations as well as assisting in the reorganization and modernization of their staffs and assist in the transformation of the Army to a modern force.
