Territory Security Manager - Buenos Aires, Argentina

Qualification:

Summary
The territory security manager will partner with the territory country functions leadership teams in territories to implement assets people product and information and security programs including securing the required resources to ensure appropriate level of security for all functions across their respective territory. The Buenos Aires manager will be responsible for LATAM South including Argentina, Uruguay-Paraguay-Chile.


Responsibilities
Ensure consistent application of security programs in the territory to mitigate.
Monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of security solutions.
Be proactive in a catalyst for new and innovative thinking around security within the territory.
Facilitate the development of territory security strategies by driving the functional activities of people in charge of country and/or site security and the territory.
Lead cultural change towards security to substantially improve security behavior.
Link with the regional security manager to implement security programs at all countries/sites within the territory.
Lead security risk assessments and implementation in the territory.
Support countries/sites with the territory during the formal annual review process in accordance with security letter of assurance.
Assists the corporate security team with the implementation of the security policy and codes of practice to comply with regulatory requirements and limit or reduce company damages.

Managing production in timely delivery of territory security performance reports and use reports to lead and facilitate discussions with keys stakeholders.

Observe and assess the security situation in the territory establish a proactive reporting process to form regional security managers any emerging security threats. Establish supported by corporate security and effective incident report management process.

Lead responses to incidents as they arise and related investigations in close collaboration with regional security manager.

Provide security advice and support for high level event in the territory. Establish, implement and maintain an external stakeholder strategy in collaboration with the regional security manager.

Act as the territory lead in the security mindset change program.


Competencies/Abilities
Prefer 10 years’ experience related to the above profile for this position
Previous corporate experience in LATAM
Must be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English
