The Role.:
Responsible for providing a visual deterrent against theft, damage, & violence in Alshaya Stores/Support Centres. Actively work towards reducing shrinkage & creating a safe & pleasant environment for customers & Employees and reporting the matters and conerns to Line Managers.

Responsible for providing a visual deterrent against theft, damage, & violence in Alshaya Stores/Support Centres. Actively work towards reducing shrinkage & creating a safe & pleasant environment for customers & Employees and reporting the matters and conerns to Line Managers.
Responsibilities.:
Regularly carry out patrols to prevent attempts of theft / vandalism / damage.
Assist in apprehension/detention of thieves.
Report incidents of customer theft.
Prevent / react to incidents of violence involving Employees or customers.
Control access to store/Employee entrance & stock storage areas.
Inspect & report against non-compliance of Company Procedure on tagging & health & safety standards.Assist with random Employee searches in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures.

Conduct regular & random till reconciliations & reports exceptions.
Reports incidents of actual or suspected staff theft/ non-compliance to Company procedures.
