This is an afternoon and night shift position with the requirement to be on call on a rotational rostered basis. This position reports to the General Manager.Allamanda Private Hospital is always looking for candidates who have outstanding customer service skills, who work positively in a team environment and who demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will not only maintain strictest confidentiality and have a professional attitude but also meet the following selection criteria:
Selection Criteria
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of security de-escalation techniques and guidelines.
Skill and knowledge in areas of fire safety and disaster management.
Ability to problem solve at a high level.
Knowledge of risk management strategies.
Knowledge of and ability to implement Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Qualifications
Certificate II in Security (Guarding)
Senior first aid certificate
Develop and maintain knowledge by attending on-going in service training
