Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for all security and safety management pertaining to the Company
• Developing and maintaining the security strategies, policies and procedures to safeguard the company properties and its employees
• Leading and coordinating a team of security personnel in ensuring compliance of security policies and procedures by the company
• Supervising/Managing/Training a team of security personnel
• Planing organising and reporting on daily security duties activities
• Liaising with local enforcement and/or other external security provider on all security monitoring issues
• Providing security advice and carrying out investigations where necessary
• Managing the security check system and manpower planning
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Security Management or its equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience with 2 years in managerial or supervisory experience in Security operation. Ex-police personnel are encouraged to apply
• Must be a self-starter and has strong organizational and management skills
• Candidates must be physically fit, have good interpersonal skills, have the ability to speak and write in English and must possess good investigation skills
• Have good contact with the Police, Bomba and other related local authorities
• Preference will be given to those with exposure in OSHA and Environment Management.
