ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Intelligence Trainer will Instruct, advise and counsel students throughout the training process; coordinate with client operations and management to identify program needs; internally develop or work with client and experts to determine the training support materials required for training; develop training program elements/modules and conduct training courses designed to address the identified client requirements using approved industry standards and practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
The successful candidate will possess basic Intelligence qualifications, education, training and experience, preferably within DOD; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and be Proficient with Windows, Outlook and MS Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Candidates will have management experience; instructional experience and competency; operational intelligence, collection and reporting experience and a proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The preferred candidate will be a graduate of an Instructor Training Course and possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience and work history will be considered in lieu of these requirements.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Required Travel: Up to 25%
