Executive Protection Manager

A Seattle based company is looking for an Executive Protection Manager to lead the team. The Manager will directly supervise the Executive Protection (EP) team who are assigned to designated protectees on a daily basis. Responsible for providing recommendations for formation of policies and procedures as well as strategic and tactical planning, budget development, personnel management, risk management, emergency operations and integration with other security operations.

Qualifications
Required
• Extensive operational experience working in EP or a related field
• Three years demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performance team
• Ability to meet aggressive timelines in a highly-dynamic, cross-disciplinary environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with EP

Preferred
• Experience providing EP for private, high-net-worth families
• Working technical knowledge in physical security, maritime security or protective intelligence operations
• Advanced degree or Certified Protection Professional or EP Specialist certification
• Experience in a wide range of outdoor activities such as snow skiing/boarding, rafting, horseback riding and hiking
• Experience operating small watercraft in protected waters

Special remarks regarding work environment
This position will be required to travel domestically and internationally; must have current US passport, current US drivers' license and must be able to obtain a concealed-carry weapons permit.
