Primary Functions:
Manage and direct guard operations on a day-to-day basis and to actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.
Essential Functions and Duties
•Manage and direct guard operations on a day-to-day basis and to actively support
•Plan, manage, and evaluate guard force operations
•Take direction from the assigned DS AIC
•Coordinate with PRS Leadership
•Designated as a Guard (G)
Job Requirements
•Must be a U.S. Citizen
•Level 3 English proficiency
•Seven (7) years experience in protective security assignments
•At least two (2) of these years must have been in a supervisory or in-charge capacity
•Experience can be gained in the employ of any Federal, State, Local or commercial entities providing high threat protective services
•Required to attend the PSS training course
•Shall obtain weapons qualification as outlined in this contract, with the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203 and familiarization fire for the AK47
•Must be at least 21 years of age
•Must have valid, current driver’s license and passport
•In the case of military service, all military discharges must have been under honorable conditions
•No impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy
•Must pass detailed medical evaluation and physical fitness test
•Must be able to qualify and remain current in weapons normally carried by law enforcement officers, e.g., semi-automatic pistol, rifles, sub-machine guns, and shotguns
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance and/or Public Trust Certification
