Education:
An advanced university degree (Masters Degree or equivalent) in law, criminal justice, public/business administration, social/political science or security management. A first level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications and experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in security, police or military service with extensive command or leadership experience is required. Of these, at least two years of international exposure in a managerial capacity is required. Experience with a UN Agency, Fund or Programme in the field of security is an asset.
