Job description:
Our client is a leading global hotel group and is now in the pre-opening stages for one its hotels in Doha, Qatar. This global hotel chain is now looking for a Chief of Security to supervise all the security requirements for the property. The Hotel will comprise of a number of guest rooms and multiple food and beverage outlets including leisure and business facilities.

Skills
* Individuals should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
* Applicants are required to have three to five years experience of security in a senior supervisory/managerial capacity within hospitality industry
* A security or Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred with previous relevant experience
* Both Arabic and English language skills are must
* Must have prior Middle East experience

Responsibilities
The Chief of Security has responsibility for the day to day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. The role includes risk & loss management, taking a lead in work place safety and life/fire safety systems and preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.
