Responsibilities
-Be familiar with U.A.E. Laws incuding alcohol service, trespassing, and use of force, vagrancy, conduct and U.A.E. terms of acceptability.
- To have thorough knowledge of all safety and security procedures of the hotel.
-To maintain all Standard/Local Standard Operating Procedures as related to all Security Control Rooms, Operations and Outlets.
-Train and support all Security Officers under your direct responsibility.
- Ensure all Officers are following Fairmont policies, procedures and Code of Ethics.
- Support colleagues with providing guidance and perfomance management where needed.
- Participate in training sessions for leadership development.
-Participate as part of the Health & Safety Committee and ensure that O.H.S. Standards are implemented and followed.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the entire shift assigned.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 4 years policing, security or military service.
-Preferably have twelve months hotel supervisory experience not necessarily in the Security Department.
-Be first aid trained and certified with the U.A.E
-Have a clean record sheet in relation to offences recorded in or outside the United Arab Emirates.
