Candidate must possess the following criteria:
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role or environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English language, both written and oral. Arabic speaking is an asset.
• Guest Service oriented
• Trained in First Aid, or undertake certified first aid training within six months after starting service.
• Have a clean record sheet in relation to offences recorded in or outside the United Arab Emirates.
• Must hold or undergo Dubai Police Training Certificate, and be registered with Dubai Police.
• The applicant must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times; Should have an understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
