Assistant Security Manager
Responsibilities:
Assess physical security measure of store and warehouse in loss prevention
Investigate staff disciplinary fault relating security aspect
Identify and investigate shrinkage problem
Lead team in investigating internal fraud / theft / kickback
Conduct weekly or monthly shrinkage meeting with business units
Manage security guards, investigation and patrol teams, e.g. schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection
Lead team in handling emergency turnout; and in performing security / crowd control in any promotion / company functional event
Conduct loss prevention training to operation general staff
Requirements:
F.7 or above
At least 3 years experience in the security services sector or retail operations
At least 3 years supervisory experience
Experience in disciplinary forces or Uniformed Groups, e.g. Auxiliary Police or Auxiliary Medical Services, is an added advantage
Good analytical skill with solid investigation skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in PC skills, e.g. MS Word and Excel
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Driving experience with valid driving license will be an advantage
Willing to work irregular hours
