Position Description
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and operation forecasts
- Prepare regular and special reports
- Maintain necessary records and files
- Ensure optimum guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service
- Word effectively with all departments ensuring efficient security support service is provided when needed
- Research and formulate policies
- Conduct in-depth confidential investigations, as deemed necessary to protect the assets, reputation and business integrity of the company, or as directed by the Legal Team Members or senior management
- Research, diagnose, formulate and present in-depth analysis and reports (written/oral) for senior and corporate management regarding the successes, challenges, and opportunities necessary to achieve optimum guest service, asset protection and business integrity
- Establish and maintain a progressive and empowered work force
- Train, counsel and coach assigned Team Members in the performance of their duties.
- Prepare and present Performance Appraisal Reviews
- Recommend and/or approve changes in the department, including hiring, promotion, demotion and termination of Team Members
- Recommend wage and salary adjustments within established guidelines
- Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current technical developments and participation in developmental programs available within and outside the company
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies
- High school degree, College education preferred
- Five or more years experience in Security/Law Enforcement and Investigations required with at least two years in a supervisory/management capacity
- Strong background in law enforcement and gaming, with demonstrated business, communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Macau Gaming regulations preferred
- Must possess knowledge of, and working relationships with local law enforcement and gaming control authorities
- Knowledge of word and excel preferred
- Have the ability to work with internal management and Team Members, as well as outside support, to develop and maintain a continuing atmosphere of peak guest and Team Member comfort and safety
- Have demonstrated ability to prioritize and view the big picture, a sense for guest service and high degree of common sense
- Respond calmly in crises and stressful situations
- See and remember the specific details of incidents and persons
- Give court testimony when necessary and write detailed reports
- Get along with fellow Team Members and word as a team
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Have computer skills
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
- Work overtime and work different shifts on short notice
- Have a well groomed, professional appearance
