Responsibilities
- To protect the property against risks and hazards
- To provide full-scale security coverage by patrolling at regular intervals in all common areas.
- To prevent trespass by unauthorised persons and vehicles that may cause potential damage to properties.
- To observe and monitor the building management systems.
Requirement:
- F. 5 or above and Certificate of security or related discipline.
- 2 - 4 years' or above experience in supervisory and security guarding service are preferable.
- Reasonable spoken and written of English and Cantonese.
- Reasonable written skill of English and Chinese.
- Good health and physique.
- Smart appearance.
- Holding valid safety card, First Aid certificate, Fire Fighting Technique and AED will be considered first.
- Basic knowledge of security and fire service systems.
- Legally permitted to live and work in Hong Kong.
- Mature, problem solving oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Shift duty is required

*Candidtate with less experiences will be consider as Security Guard**
