Description
The Security Manager, Field works to achieve and maintain a sound security environment
throughout the Market Units, in accordance with established company policies. Working to
develop preventative initiatives, and where necessary, proactively exploring fraud and
misconduct associated with our business operations, this position will work to maintain
and improve the level of security for employees, facilities, and other assets.
Investigate, locate and recover company lost/stolen equipment. I.e. , Coolers, vending
machines, etc.
Identify areas where company is vulnerable for external/internal theft and make
recommendations to appropriate management personnel
Investigate all allegations of employee criminal misconduct, security breaches, and internal
control violations, and provide required reporting of such incidents, including code of
conduct violations, to Security Manager for the Business Unit....
