Role Responsibility:
The Security Manager (Operations) is responsible for the management of the current security operation across the Olympic Park (OP), meeting G4S performance standards and client operational requirements. Reporting directly to, and providing operational management to the G4S Operations Director, the Security Manager (Operations) is responsible for 140+ security staff. The role encompasses:
Security Operations:-
- Engage with client to ensure that the daily security operation across the OP meets operational requirements
- Liaise with client and stakeholders to track current security related issues and implement solutions
- Overall management and direction of the Operational Support Team.
- Responsible for all operational patrol and response, managing Mobile Incident Responders, Foot, and Boat Patrols.
