Main Responsibilities:
•Ensure sales growth in the guarding technical and domestic revenue streams through the effective management of all Sales Managers.
•The effective and efficient management of staff in order to ensure a disciplined, committed and motivated management and sales team that ensures effective sales delivery.
•The effective management co-ordination, planning and control of administrative and financial issues in the sales arena
Minimum Requirements:
•5 years Business Development/Sales Management experience in the security industry.
•PSIRA Registered Grade B
•Computer Literate
