development needs in Hong Kong and PRC, we are recruiting a high calibre candidate to join the Security function of our group.
Head of Security and Investigation
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Board,
- Responsible for developing and implementing the security policy, standards and procedures in accordance with the directions set by the Board.
- Monitor, react and advise on security
developments and security incidents, investigate financial crime, breaches of security, criminal acts committed by staff and other investigations as directed.
- Provide preventive security risk assessments, advice and support to management and business operations.
- Advise on solutions to mitigate or manage
security threats and risks that fit with business
aims.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline,
- 20 plus years of working experience with
demonstrated records in dealing with security-
related issues in HK and China,
- Strong experience in risk assessment and
management, security management, security
planning and preventative measures.
- Past experience in handling fraud investigations and internal corporate staff investigations.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
