Key Objectives:
- To protect people and assets through sound judgment and keen observation skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Access control for the facility or area posted
- Patrolling inside or outside as set in the post orders
- Ability to operate Security Control Center equipment/systems, computers, radios phones including blackberry.
- Ensure that all safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and or Site Emergencies
- Undertake site specific training as required, follow direction from Supervisor and G4S Management
- Follow Post Orders as outlined at the site
- Meticulous Record Keeping, Report Writing and Observation Skills
Perform other duties as assigned by Client and or G4S management.

Certifications / Qualifications / Education:
Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:
- Graduated from High School minimum Post Secondary preferred
- Security Industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods of time
- Licensed as a security guard by the Province of Alberta
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Emergency First Aid
