Extremely successful security company requires the service of armed response Officers.
This demanding position requires honest, strict endeceive individual with extensive knowledge of the safety and security environment. Extensive knowledge on the firearms act is required with a proven track
record in the security industry. The successful
incumbent will be required to respond to potential life threatening situations, triggered alarms, panic buttons and customers phoning in needing assistants.
Requirements:.
•Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
•Tertiary qualification in safety and security
•Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Security Field with armed response
•Security Grade C
•Tactical security training
•Knowledge of Guarding and Patrolling
•Knowledge of Searching Procedure and Techniques
•Understand principles of giving evidence
•Understand safety legislation
•Firearm Security Training with handguns and semi automatic rifles
•Would be responsible for the control over firearms as specified in the firearms act
•Will be responsible for issued of arms and ammunition
•Must adhere to very strict discipline and uniform standard.
•Will be required to carry out routine investigations that are security related.
•Must be well prepared for the execution of
responsibilities at all times. This will include
equipment, infrastructure and training
•Will be required to carryout ad hoc site inspections.
•Must have report writhing skills
