Candidate shall be responsible for receiving and implementing orders or special instructions from the Site Security Manager or Regional Security Officer concerning matters which affect the security operations of the site. The team leader will be a working supervisor, responsible for reviewing logs and daily attendance reports as well as ensuring that all Site Security Personnel are thoroughly familiar with and follow the General and Specific Guard Orders.
Team Leader must:
•Possess and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance
•Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience as a Team Lead or Site Security Coordinator
•Prior experience working as a Cleared American Guard or a Construction Surveillance Technician with supervisory experience
•Completed the DoS Cleared American Guard or Construction Surveillance Technician training course within the 5 years of the date of hire
•Knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles and devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance.
•Speak English and have the ability to write complete & concise reports
•Be a U.S. Citizens have a high school diploma or equivalent
•Be at least 25 years of age or older and pass a medical screening
