Corporate Security Advisor

Qualifications
Please note that there is a strong desire for candidates to be based within half an hour of London; you will be expected to operate from the London office and to undertake international travel occasionally, when required. Relocation is not supported

Working within a small team within this niche market security consultancy the main focus of this position is to:
· Plan, implement and co-ordinate the provision of specialist security/crisis support, advice and guidance to clients.
· When required support the operational team to plan and execute evacuations on behalf of clients
· Deliver training to clients on travel security and crisis management
· Review client policy documentation and provide concise reports on the quality and content

Responsibilities
· Provides specialist security advice and services to clients in relation to people, property, products and assets
· Produces articulate reports both verbal and written in relation to client policies and procedures which have
been submitted for review
· Evaluates evacuation plans and procedures, through in-house analytical sources and discussion with on the ground consultants
· Develops and maintains relationships with key clients; identifying client exposures and vulnerabilities, developing and implementing procedures to provide operational support, disseminating information to account managers in relation to opportunities
· Identity theft assistance; developing procedures with senior in-house investigators, conduct client briefings, support the in-house investigations team and liaise with police and law enforcement agencies.
· Provides specialist advice and guidance on personal protection to clients
· Ensures that external third parties understand and deliver services that align to baseline standards
· Develops and co-ordinates production and delivery of security training and awareness programmes for clients; directing internal intelligence sources, networking with embassies etc:
· Ensure the all activities in own area are co-ordinated with other teams within the organisation, and in line with the company's strategy.

· Experience as a professional in either the military or law enforcement agency
· Experience of operating in a commercial capacity internationally
· Experience in Crime and Risk Prevention Principles
· Good understanding of access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems
· A degree
· Second Language
