Third Country Nationals Law Enforcement Instructors (Bi-Lingual Speaker)

USIS, a Virginia-based information and security services firm, is currently seeking qualified law enforcement professionals who are fluent in Spanish to support an upcoming training effort in Mexico under the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Narcotics Affairs Section (NAS). We have multiple positions available for Spanish-speaking instructors with experience in:

Police and Criminal Investigations
Crime Scene Forensics
Physical Surveillance
Interviewing Tactics and Techniques
Crisis Response
Defensive Driving
Weapons Proficiency
Criminal Intelligence
Polygraph Techniques
Basic Criminalistics
Instructor Qualifications

Instructors must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English
Ability to conduct training in Spanish
Bachelor Degree from a U.S. accredited University, Demonstrated Prior experience as U.S. Local or State Police Department Investigator U.S. or Federal Law Enforcement Agency Special Agent investigator, Demonstrated Prior experience with a U.S. Federal Agency as a supervisor or investigations supervisor.
Demonstrated experience in Latin Central America, Understanding of Honduran Criminal Justice System
Fluent in Spanish and English. (Evaluation Criteria will be graded as outstanding, acceptable, marginal or unacceptable)
