Reporting to the Manager of Facilities Management, your responsibilities include:
- Implement
approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide
instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is
carried out in a controlled manner.
- Design security policies,
programs, or practices to ensure adequate security relating to issues
such as protection of assets, alarm response, and access card use.
- Monitor
design standards for security operations and make sure that all
suggested designs take into consideration highest level of security and
can be implemented.
- Monitor the work of contractors in the design, construction, and start-up phases of security systems.
- Compliance of designs with security requirements.
- Liaise
with police, security services, civil defence and other stakeholders on
operational and strategic matters related to security within the firm
and other future projects.
- Ensure the safety and security of
the firm's project (s), assets, entrance and exits locations and the
compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Design or
implement security systems, video surveillance, motion detection, or
closed-circuit television systems to ensure proper installation and
operation.
- Conduct any internal investigation in case of any incident is happened.
- Supervise
the unit in the design, review, update and implementation of
evacuation, rescue, and fire fighting plans, as well as performing
simulations and activities in order to ensure that emergencies can be
adequately responded to.
- Proper evacuation, rescue and fire fighting designs.
- Take predetermined actions and render first aid interventions in emergencies such as accidents, fire and illness.
- Maintain and recommend changes or improvements in the security software systems (Record keeping systems).
- Ensure
that all security guards are trained and up-to-date with security
regulations and procedures in order to ensure protection of the company,
its people and assets at all times.
- Prepare relevant security
statements and reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet firm and
department requirements, policies and standards.
- Contribute to
the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of
Security unit systems, processes and practices taking into account
'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost
reduction and productivity improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Safety or Security
Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in handling security issues in a real estate company
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to safety and security.
