Security Oversight Analyst - Pakistan

ARINC in Dayton, Ohio is looking for a Security Oversight Analyst to join our team and support our Advanced Weapons Engineering department. In this role, the candidate will provide management support to the ARINC Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Security Oversight Project. The candidate will assist with the development and implementation of management and security oversight tools to ensure that all pertinent air base security issues are observed
, documented and reported. The security areas of interest will include but not be limited to the following:

• Base threat analysis and Protection
• Communications Security
• Munitions Protection+
• Vulnerability Assessment
• Base Pass Management
• Overall Security Risk Assessment

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required in-country reporting and coordination are accomplished in a timely manner. The candidate will ensure that all available manpower and levels of supervision are effectively distributed for all duty periods based on available manning and workload. The candidate will enforce sound team procedures, security discipline, command and control, and communications. The candidate will review and validate all assessment reports and will coordinate oversight of team schedule. The candidate, through the in-country team personnel, will monitor and oversight the PAF personnel execution, use, and compliance with all applicable Physical Security Checklists. Commitment of one year required to complete assignment in-country.
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Ten or more years of relevant experience in military base security oversight.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including US Citizenship, for access to classified information.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Prior Active duty military or prior experience in a DoD environment.

EDUCATION: Masters degree in a technical area or equivalent.
