Commercial Security Company seeks an onsite Mine Security Manager to run its Security Contract operation on a large copper mine in Northern Zambia.
The incumbent will be responsible for the running of a guard compliment of 300 officers on site and must be able to operate within the close community and demands of a remote but very modern mine site. Applicants must have the ability to maintain very high standards of service delivery and high levels of personal and unit discipline as well as high level and effective liaison with the client and other contractors on site, liaison with Government Departments and agencies etc.
Previous experience in Commercial Security with exposure to large scale mine security contracts is essential. Knowledge of wildlife conservation and anti-poaching operations would be an added advantage.
This is a senior position which offers a very competitive package.
