The Site Security Officer will lead, manage and co-
ordinate security team activities and resources at the site to
ensure full compliance with internally and externally directed
and agreed security, safety, and environmental standards and
expectations.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Leading and managing the Station Security Guard Force in all
their activities to ensure security legal
compliance, an effective and efficient site security regime and a
motivated team.
- To have a major input into the development of a security
projects.
- Ensuring that all site security activities, including those
undertaken by contractors, are carried out with full
regard to site license requirements, statutory regulations,
company and location directives, procedures and
safety rules........
