Responsibilities and tasks
The Security Advisor, on behalf of the Group QHSE Compliance
Manager, has the responsibility to develop and maintain the DONG
Energy Security policy & guidelines, and support central and
business unit functions regarding Security and Emergency
Response. Emergency response is a strategic focus area which
has high attention within the organization.
Develop and maintain the Corporate Security policy and
guidelines
Maintain and continuously improve the Group Emergency
Response Organization
Participate in relevant corporate audits regarding Security and
Emergency Response
Maintain contact with international agencies and industrial
organizations within the area of Security and Emergency
Response
Liaise with relevant external stakeholders to ensure the collection
of relevant Security threats
Stipulate, plan, perform and analyze Emergency Response
exercises at corporate level
Support Group and business unit functions regarding Security
and Emergency Response
Maintain the Group Emergency Response Organization and
ensure that the schedule for the Group Emergency Response
Director is in place
Give inputs to the yearly formulation of DONG Energy QHSE
strategy and KPIs
Your profile
Extensive work and experience with Security and Emergency
Response on a operational and strategic level
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and lead
a team of specialists
High level of personal ethics encompassing honesty and
integrity
Auditor and investigation experience
Structured and self-motivated
Analytical skills
Focus on continuous improvement and focus on added
business value activities
Fluent in Danish and English - verbal as well as written
