REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
10 years law enforcement experience; minimum of one year of
recent and direct experience in training foreign LE forces (e.g., in
Iraq or Afghanistan), working with Afghan National level police
agencies and a demonstrated understanding of US inter agency
and ISAF operations and procedures, particularly as they apply to
law enforcement training of the Afghan National Security Forces;
clear, concise reporting; demonstrate excellent written and verbal
communication; ability to obtain the required level security
clearance.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
15 years of law enforcement experience, including at least three
years in senior supervisory positions (equivalent to military O4/GS
13 or above) with United States Federal or State Police agencies, or
equivalent coalition partner nation expertise.
