Job Description Security Specialist - Executive Protection - 004HT
Description The Security Specialists assigned to Executive
Protection are responsible for the protection of company officers
as they conduct official Monsanto business anywhere in the
world. The Security Specialists primary responsibilities are as
follows: Perform effective protection measures to insure the
security of the CEO on company business Serve on the protective
team, as Lead Advance agent, or as the Detail Leader on protective
assignments Coordinate protective details through the Manager of
Executive Protection Conduct advances Provide personal
protection Foster an environment of trust and confidence through
exemplary integrity and professionalism Travel as necessary to
provide protection and conduct advances Provide safe and secure
ground transportation for company officers within the greater St.
Louis area Prepare appropriate documentation Secondary
responsibilities to support the Global Security mission are as
follows: Conduct investigations Conduct Security Vulnerability
Assessments Conduct training Support site operations through
assignments to augment the uniformed patrol Other duties as
deemed appropriate Qualifications Requirements: This role
requires the incumbent to be physically fit, able to travel as
necessary, work long hours, and carry luggage or other materials
required for the mission. Must be able to physically detain, move,
or arrest violent or aggressive individuals and make instant
decisions regarding the wellbeing of the protected executive. Must
understand personal protection concepts and have experience in
international and domestic travel. Must be able to move quickly,
run, pull, push, lift, bend, twist, climb, sit, stand, squat and have
