Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or professional certifications in area of study
relevant to this position.
Candidates with at least 15 years experience in private sector
security or a public sector organization and a minimum 5 years
of direct experience in a senior level executive leadership role in
law enforcement or corporate security would be preferred.
Senior leadership skills to provide direction to the management
and professional staff within China.
Ability to understand, interpret, analyze, and develop consensus
within an organizational climate of diverse and competing
operational activities.
Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the
organization, including briefing executive management and
governance committees, on the status and issues surrounding
risk management decisions.
High level analytical skills, leadership experience, and relationship
management competencies to understand impact and sensitivity
of security issues.
Demonstrates commitment to lead personnel in education and
training in the security domain.
Willingness to advance opposing views in the face of opposition.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage functional capital
and expense budget.
