Basic Qualifications/Skills
The Site Control Officer shall be knowledgeable and/or have skills in:
Implementing Bechtel Security & Site Access Control systems.
Bechtel industrial relations systems, sensitivities, risk potential.
Being privy to certain Bechtel confidential information will remain confidential.
Bechtel safety induction systems.
Capable of managing conflict situations
Current ‘unarmed security office licence’ issued by the Office of Fair Trading. Preferably have: ‘Maritime Security Identification Card’.
Skill in verbal and written communications. Capable of obtaining security clearances.
Public relations and communication skills are essential.
Current drivers license is essential.
