We are looking for a Security Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of Security and Emergency Planning, to take on full management responsibility for 60 operational security staff who work 24/7. We are looking for a credible and experienced security manager with a solid track record of security service delivery at middle management level. You will be required to win the very best from the security team, to drive process improvements and difficult changes, with the aim of making the security team amongst the very best in the Higher Education sector and building a service that will match pace with ambitious organisational growth. A well developed experience of operational security work, people management and security systems is essential.
