Qualifications
Advanced degree in international relations or related field
Minimum 12 years international experience in development and/
or security sectors
Experience working in complex environments
Experience working with Department of Defense, military
experience preferred
Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
Strong understanding and/or experience with African security
challenges
Concrete conceptual and practical understanding of the links
between development and security
Strong training and event implementation background
French fluency required, Arabic speaking abilities preferred
