Position Responsibilities
• Forecasts instructor requirements to identify shortfalls in personnel, equipment, and/or supplies
• Maintains individual proficiency in firearms, protective operations, fixed site, and driving instructor skills
• Assists the Training Directors with the conduct of contract training courses
• Offers advice and develops courses of action to meet contract compliance
• Tailors training to support the director’s intent
