Key Responsibilities will be:
* Ensure that our customer receives exemplary levels of service in full accordance with our contractual responsibilities; service standards
* Ensure that your daily reports are kept up to date with operational issues, and effectively communicated to the relevant departments
* Maintain effective relationships with the on site operational team, and field based staff and all other stakeholders
* Accountable for the effective planning of resource, ensuring all staff is allocated to the correct shifts, three months in advance, overall holiday management of staff
* Ensure that all disciplinary, grievance and customer complaints are dealt with promptly and in accordance with company policy
