GUARDING OPERATION MANAGER : Ref No: GD-01
Minimum 5 years experience in the security industry particularly with large scale guarding operations, managing more than 500 employees. Candidates are required to have strong communication, interpersonal
and analytical abilities along with strategic planning, organizational and computer skills. Exposure to a multinational work environment is preferred though not a must.
TRAINING OFFICER : Ref No: HR-01
Minimum 2 years experience as an instructor with a minimum 1 year experience with design and development of training programmes. Candidates are required to have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities along with planning, organizational and computer skills. Must be able to develop and implement training modules, lesson plans, training outlines and instructional material. Candidate must possess good communication skills in both English & Arabic.
